Wheat pollard has the following nutrients Protein 23%, carbohydrates 12%, lysine 0.12%, energy23% digestible enzyme 12% 53% dietary fiber, galactan, fructan, cellulose. All this makes wheat pollard one of the best feed that all live stock animals should be taking due to its high value nutrients and the fact that it is very cheap not being known in Uganda by many farmers.
