Riogrande is a determinate variety with compact plants. The fruits are elongated square round, blocky and slightly large weighing 110-120grams. It can yield 12 – 15kg fruits per plant. It is tolerant to both early and late blight. It is a market class due to its long shelf life and being very succulent.
